As the New Year begins to unfold take some time to DREAM.<\/p>\n

Dreams are free they cost nothing, they have zero calories and they are wonderfully private.<\/p>\n

All of us Dream<\/h1>\n

Have you watched a dog snuggled up, twitching and quietly yipping running free in its dream or a baby smiling in her sleep?<\/p>\n

\u201cAaaahhhh,\u201d<\/em> you murmur. There\u2019s nothing sweeter<\/p>\n

We can dream anywhere, not just at night.<\/p>\n

We can daydream or indulge ourselves in a million ideas that we may or may not act on.<\/p>\n

What if I did this\u2026? What if I went there? What if I dove into\u2026? What if\u2026.. what if\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n

The mind is at play.<\/p>\n

Dreaming is life enhancing<\/h1>\n

Your dreams belong purely to you.<\/p>\n

They are yours to discard or play with at will. No one will judge you for them.<\/p>\n

And here\u2019s the best part\u2026 Instead of remaining a fantasy tucked within the deep recesses of your mind some dream stick.<\/p>\n

They refuse to leave the party when the voice of reason says that\u2019s crazy or how <\/em>do you think you could ever\u2026\u2026????<\/p>\n

They escape and become the place where your best ideas your best experiences come from.<\/p>\n

Action<\/h1>\n

Let your mind play. Let the what if\u2019s waft through.<\/p>\n

Is there one you can\u2019t get rid of? You keep coming back to it?<\/p>\n

Tell someone. Make the dream tangible it\u2019s how the dream begins to gather momentum and starts to work its way into reality.<\/p>\n

From there you might even follow it.<\/p>\n
