The red shoes offered me extraordinary lessons\u00a0from everyday life. I realized to see them\u00a0I had \u00a0to be looking. By remaining present, in-the-moment and aware I opened\u00a0myself to amazing insights. I used to be surprised at unexpected lessons. Now I know they\u2019re always there and it\u2019s my responsibility to spot them. I\u2019m doing a 30 day challenge right now where I write down a lesson of the day at the end of each day. I\u2019m curious to see what a month\u2019s worth of everyday lessons looks like. Yesterday’s lesson was—Fear, stress and anxiety disappear as soon as I \u00a0move from thinking about it to acting on it.<\/p>\n
Decide to go through day with eyes wide open and present.<\/p>\n
Be aware of all experiences.<\/p>\n

Accept whatever pops up.<\/p>\n
