Creating a shift so we can uncover Who<\/i> we are and create What\u2019s Next<\/i> requires energy. This is no time to be tired! The best way to energize is to Move.\u00a0 Even a 10 min walk can make a big difference. When we move our bodies we experience renewed energy\u00a0\u00a0not to mention those fabulous endorphins, producing feelings of well being and exhilaration.<\/p>\n

Physical activity also\u00a0helps us shift gears and\u00a0clear our thinking. I’m always surprised by\u00a0the great ideas\u00a0that\u00a0seem to come out of nowhere during physical activity. I never have a pen. Reminder to self – take one!<\/p>\n

reACTION [to change in the response to stimulus]: Day 8 \u2013 MOVE<\/b><\/h2>\n

The hardest part of getting going is pressing START. Once activated we conclude, \u201cthis wasn\u2019t so hard….it felt good.\u201d After\u00a0the first time, pressing\u00a0 START\u00a0 is easy!<\/p>\n

Go for a walk, go to the gym, sign up for a class, hire a personal trainer…move!<\/p>\n
