You can feel it.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s the fresh energy of a new year.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s full of hope and excitement and inspires positive change.<\/p>\n
While a lot of us like to kick the year off with New Year\u2019s resolutions some of us just can’t get into it.<\/p>\n
Here\u2019s a novel approach to resolutions that just might fit those of us who balk at structure.<\/p>\n
It takes a surprisingly easy going approach to creating new healthy habits that encourage health, vitality and fulfillment.<\/p>\n
The short version is this you simply make 2 lists; things you\u2019d like to do more and things you\u2019d like to do less.<\/p>\n
Post the list in a place you\u2019ll see it.<\/p>\n
Adjust behaviour and choices accordingly.<\/p>\n
That\u2019s it. Simplicity at its best.<\/p>\n
What I love most is that it focuses your intention on what matters most to you.<\/p>\n
