Life Part 2 can be an exciting and exhilarating time. it can also be one characterized by loss, emptiness, confusion and depression. Many women after selflessly devoting themselves to careers and families don’t know what’s next. They are left with a loss of identity and a lack of purpose. The good news is, \u00a0the (re)discovery of ones’s fearless self – the one with Dreams and filled with passion and purpose is available to all.<\/p>\n
The only requirement is that we agree to begin and have a lot of fun along the way.<\/p>\n
I believe that growth can be accomplished playfully. Fun and laughter opens our hearts.<\/p>\n
We reclaim our sense of wonder. It is then the heart and the mind fully integrate and we are able to bring forth our knowledge, see all possibilities and act fearlessly.<\/p>\n
Here we can bring our Dreams to life and live a deeply meaningful…deeply fulfilling Life Part 2.<\/p>\n

We are\u00a0 burned-out. We have accomplished much but many of us have been left drained and exhausted. We\u2019ve focused on family and things outside ourselves for so long we\u2019ve lost track of WHO we are. On top of that did you know that most of us are packing around a bag of beliefs that are at least 25 years out of date? What are your passions? What are your dreams? What lights you up? What do you believe in? What do you love? Now\u2019s time to find out and follow your dreams and pursue your passion.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s time to take back the self that\u00a0stepped aside to make room for the parent, the spouse, the wage earner, the professional, the nurse, the cook, the chauffeur,\u00a0the house keeper, the cleaning lady, the event planner and the long list of roles you assumed over the years.\u00a0It\u2019s time to re-meet yourself, see how you\u2019ve changed and recharge the engines.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s time to develop your thoughts, reawaken creativity, recover originality and go after all the things your spirit craved but never had time for. You are now taking your rightful place at the top of the priority chart! You will have to be fearless when you recharge because you have habitually put others needs ahead of your own. Many of us grew up following the path of expectations…they kept us on a reasonably straight line but….but\u00a0 wait a minute…..who\u2019s expectations were they? Not ours.\u00a0 Now we stand ready at the departure gates of Part II. If ever we are going to live in our own skin it is NOW!\u00a0 There\u2019s lots of time to switch gears, rediscover and chart a new path.<\/p>\n
Everyone has a purpose what\u2019s mine? Purpose defines our contribution to life and shows us how we fit. Our purpose evolves as our wisdom grows and our experiences change over a lifetime. The great thing about purpose is that we already have it.\u00a0 Uncovering it is a process of self discovery and self acceptance.\u00a0 Some of us may have discounted our gifts and lost sight of our most valuable assets. Now\u2019s the time to rediscover and repurpose!<\/p>\n
We\u2019ve launched our kids…. seen them through high school, trade schools, colleges and universities. They are carving their spot in the world \u2013 pursuing what they love – their way. No longer an always-on-duty guiding force we are now a loving, supportive consultant. It\u2019s an exciting time. It\u2019s even more exciting to realize that we have the opportunity to relaunch ourselves \u2013 pursing what we love – our way.\u00a0 The funny thing is that going after what we love is perhaps the greatest legacy we can leave.\u00a0 It represents passion, belief, courage and fearlessness.<\/p>\n
