Aaahhh Mid life.<\/em>……<\/h2>\n

A time to rediscover yourself and let passion and purpose lead you into a life of joy and fulfillment.<\/p>\n

Well….that’s the plan anyway.<\/p>\n

Entering mid life can be a bit of a jumble. Hormones and emotions are running rampant.<\/p>\n

You’ve been focused outside yourself for so long you’ve lost track of…you. Who?<\/em><\/p>\n

You\u00a0feel like you\u2019re gasping for breath, coming up for air for what seems like the first time in 20 years.<\/p>\n

You look at yourself and see someone barely recognizable.<\/p>\n

Yikes. Not what you expected.<\/p>\n

YOU want to wake up and feel excited about the day.<\/p>\n

YOU want to be healthy and vibrant.<\/p>\n
